ADDITIONAL FEATURES
KITCHEN
Our kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig machine, and plenty of tables and counter space for preparing and serving meals and hors d'oeuvres.
HAIR & MAKEUP ROOM
The hair and makeup room has two stations with height-adjustable chairs, two changing stalls, a full-length mirror and a steamer. A shower is also available.
GREEN ROOM
Our green room is a perfect hang-out area for VIPs or pull out the furniture and turn this into photo booth. It’s yours to use how you choose. There’s even a color printer for your convenience.
STAGING AREA
The event space is supported by a 1,700 sq/ft staging area that includes a loading dock for easy deliveries.
Use this area to take tickets or park a food truck.
The door pictured measures 14’ tall and 16’ wide, large enough to fit just about anything into the space.

*There is a minimum charge of 3 hours for all events.
**Full day rentals include 24x round tables, 6x rectangle tables and 300x chairs.

Regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 10 pm.

Every booking includes one free hour of setup before the event and one free hour to clean up after the event. Additional time is billed at $200 an hour.

Alcohol is allowed on the premises, but it is the responsibility of the renter to provide a bartender and acquire any necessary permits from the city or state. A $300 fee will be added to cover facility and cleaning costs.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all event bookings. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the event, minus any damage deductions.

A 50% deposit for the event center booking is required to secure your reservation. The other 50% will be due 7 days before your event. Any additional rentals or add-ons that occur on the day of your event must be paid before you leave. Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund. Guests may cancel their booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are non-refundable.
