You are only charged for one filming day (Tuesday). If you need the equipment for pre rigging, or if you need to travel with the equipment and require an extra day on either end of your shoot for travel, you’ll be charged for those days as well.

How do I pick up and return my rental?

Once you've submitted a request through our website or if you’ve worked with one of our rental agents to build a request, you will be able to approve then order. You can then pick the equipment up at your appointed time. We strive to have your gear ready for you by 1 PM the day prior to your shoot. We’ve have several dedicated camera prep bays that are FREE of charge at our clients for prep. We strive to have all your gear ready for prep by noon the day prior to start of your rental, giving your camera team until 6PM to prep and pack their packages prior to closing. We are happy to have your team stay as late as needed for for an additional fee if needed. Depending on your rental length, if your camera team would like a full day of prep or multiple days of prep between business hours and the gear is available we’ll try to be as accommodating as possible, however we recommend that insure the availability of the gear by extending your rental period to account for prep.

Do you offer lower rates for multi-day rentals?

Yes! The longer you rent the lower the day rate. Discounts begin on the 2nd day of your rental. A week long rental is equivalent to three full day rates and a month long rental is equivalent to nine full day rates. Here is an example of pricing over the first week:

1 Day - $100

2 Days - $180

3 Days - $240

4 Days - $280

5 Days - $300

6 Days - $300

7 Days - $300

Multi-week rentals also give you better rates. Starting week two you pay for 0.5x day rate for each rental day. This makes the 2nd week rental a rate of 2.5 days. Week three is charge at 0.4x day rate for a week long rate of 2 days. Week four is charged at 0.3x day rate for a week long rate of 1.5 days. The rate then drops to a 0.2x day rate for additional days beyond 4 weeks.
