Our rental agreement collects basic information and contains our rental contract and credit card authorization.

Obtain a certificate of insurance.

Although insurance may not be required for every rental, it’s important to protect yourself and your production. We understand that the thought of applying for insurance can be daunting, but it’s simple and affordable.

We partner with Athos Insurance to make this task quick and easy. They offer short-term coverage and yearly plans, depending on your needs.

Alternatively, Enigma 3 now has an Equipment Protection Program that can limit your liability should any damages occur during your rental. You can learn more about this program by clicking HERE.

Insurance is always required when renting vehicles.

Go online and request your gear.

Go online and select your gear and choose the dates for your project.

You can also give us a call and work with a rental agent if you need assistance with your order. Our staff is highly knowledgeable and is very capable of giving recommendations as well as answering any questions you may have.

For last-minute or same-day requests please call ahead to ensure we have the equipment available.

Approve your quote.

This is an important and often overlooked part of the process.

After you submit your gear selection, we’ll process it and send you a quote.

Please review and sign your quote to officially reserve your gear.

Due to the high demand, we cannot reserve your selection until you sign your quote.

Pick up your gear and start creating.

Once you sign your quote your order will officially be reserved.

You can then pick up the equipment at your appointed time. We strive to have your gear ready for you by 1 PM the day prior to your shoot. For best service, especially with large orders, schedule an appointment time by texting (801) 901-8303 or emailing us at [email protected]. We are available during normal business hours for pickups and returns and can also be available by appointment for after-hour pickups and returns. Please note that after-hours pickup and drop-off may incur additional fees.

In most cases, your order will include a “prep day.” This means you’ll be able to pick up your gear the evening before your scheduled shooting dates. For example, if your scheduled shooting date is Tuesday, you’ll be able to pick up your gear Monday afternoon. You’ll then return your gear Wednesday morning. In the case of this example, you would only be charged for one day of shooting.

Camera Prep

We highly encourage all our camera clients to take the proper time to prepare their gear for the upcoming production. We have several dedicated camera prep bays that are FREE of charge to our clients for prep. We strive to have all your gear ready for prep by 1:00 PM the day prior to start of your rental, giving your camera team five hours to prep and pack their packages prior to closing. We are happy to have your team stay as late as needed for an additional after-hours fee if necessary.
